How to order:
Our site uses a standard shopping basket format, which allows you to browse, add to basket and remove, exactly as you would in store. To see what's in your shopping basket simply click on view basket.
To make a purchase click 'add to basket' (you can remove it later if necessary). Once you are happy with your order, click on secure check out and you'll be taken to the secure area of the site to enter your personal details and complete your purchase.

Postage:
Will be automatically worked out in 'check out' and is based on the weight of the item.
Your signature is normally required on delivery for orders over £50.
Delivery time:
Please allow 7-10 working days for your delivery, unless otherwise stated. When paying by cheque please allow 5 extra days for clearance.
Packaging:
All gifts will arrive beautifully wrapped in dark blue, white and grey tissue and secured with a world360 logo sticker.
On our check out page you can select an option for your ordered item to arrive as a gift. No order details will be included if you choose this option.
Returns:
If for some reason, you are unhappy with your gifts or they arrive damaged in some way then please call us immediately on +44 (0) 7931 716181 or email to info@world360.co.uk and we will arrange for them to be returned.
If the goods are returned to us within 14 days we will offer you either, an exchange, refund or credit note.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please obtain proof of postage from the Post Offce as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. In the instance of damaged goods being returned, World360 will refund the returns postage via cheque once goods are received.
