You will automatically receive an order confirmation noting all of your order details via email.

Delivery & Postage
Parcels are dispatched by the Royal Mail Post. If the parcel is too big for your box a signature will be required on delivery. Please allow 7 working days, or as otherwise stated, for your goods to arrive.
Postage will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the item and the country the gift is to be delivered to.
Gift Wrapping
All gifts arrive beautifully gift wrapped and will be sent to the delivery address of choice.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your gifts then please call us immediately on +44 (0) 208 879 3511 or email us at info@world360.co.uk We will be happy to offer you an exchange, a refund or credit note providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
If your gifts have arrived damaged in some way then please call us immediately on +44 (0)208 979 3511 or email to info@world360.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement.
We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Returns are sent at your expense. Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed.
Order Cancellation
If for some reason you have to cancel your order we will refund you within 30 days.
